dc.descriptionA facility-based cross-sectional study was conducted from March 01 to 30, 2025. A systematic random sampling technique was employed to select a total of 366 of among pregnant women. The dataset comprised of Sociodemographic (age, education, occupation, marital status, and residence), obstetric predictors (parity, desire to pregnancy, outcome of last pregnancy, mode of delivery of the last birth, and means of recognition of current pregnancy), knowledge related factors (knowledge about pregnancy danger signs, information about time of 1st ANC visit, decision making autonomy), and health related factors (distance to health facilities, waiting time to care) related characteristics. The dataset is available in SPSS format.

local.criteria.exclusionPregnant women who did not remember their last normal menstruation period, had no early ultrasound check-up, and who is mentally or seriously ill were excluded.
