Abstract
An institution-based cross-sectional survey was conducted from March 18 to April 16, 2019, in Amhara Region Referral Hospitals. The questionnaire comprised of socio-demographic, individual-related, organization-related, and evidence-based practice-related questions. A simple random sampling technique was used to select 684 respondents. Data were collected using a pretested and self-administered questionnaire. Data were entered into Epi Info version 7.1.2.0 and exported to SPSS version 22.0 for analysis. Binary logistic regression was used at 95% CI.
