Description This facility-based cross-sectional study was conducted from March 1 to 30/2021 in Bahir Dar city hospitals. The dataset comprises variables including socio-demographics, Knowledge of referral system, environmental, health facility, and Obstetric related characteristics. The final 358 samples were selected using a systematic sampling technique. The data were collected through face-to-face interviews and then cleaned, coded, and entered into Epi-data version 3.1 and analyzed using SPSS v23 software. Descriptive statistics computed. A simple logistic regression was run at 95% CI.
