The dataset is derived from a structured survey focused on reproductive health, HIV care, and family planning among women living with HIV. It includes detailed socio-demographic characteristics as well as clinical variables such as antiretroviral therapy (ART) adherence, duration on treatment, presence of chronic comorbidities, and partner HIV status. In addition, the dataset captures comprehensive reproductive histories and assesses knowledge and practices related to prevention of mother-to-child transmission (MTCT), including breastfeeding practices, antiretroviral (ARV) use during pregnancy and delivery, and the integration of family planning services within ART care. It also documents disclosure status, experiences of sexual violence, and the sources and utilization of modern contraceptive methods. Overall, the dataset offers rich, multidimensional information suitable for analyzing the determinants of unintended pregnancy among women receiving HIV care
