Description A community-based cross-sectional study design was conducted from July 1 to 30, 2024. A systematic sampling technique was employed to select a total of 259 mothers. Face-to-face interviews were used to gather data, and a pre-tested, structured questionnaire was used. Data were entered to Statistical Software Package for Social Sciences version 21 for analysis. The dataset comprised of sociodemographic characteristics (age, educational status, marital status, religion, monthly income), knowledge, attitude, and practice related characteristics. The data is available in SPSS format.
