dc.descriptionA facility-based cross-sectional study was conducted from February 1-30, 2025. A total of 441 government-employed women were selected using simple random sampling from 30 governmental sectors. Data were collected through structured self-administered questionnaires. The questionnaire was comprised of socio demographic factors (age of women, religion, ethnicity, profession of participant, educational status, monthly income, marital status), knowledge and attitude related factors for cervical cancer screening practice, and reproductive health factors (contraceptive use, age at first sexual intercourse, number of sexual partners, history of STD, contraceptive use, history of abortion, family history of cervical cancer, HIV tasted). Data entry was performed using Epi-Info version 7.2.1, and analysis was conducted with SPSS version 21. The dataset is available in SPSS format.
