dc.descriptionA retrospective follow-up study was conducted among 337 HIV infected adults on ART in Chagni health center from October 31,2013 to October 31,2024 using a consecutive sampling technique. Data were collected using a checklist and all patient records were selected consecutively. The questionnaire was comprised of socio-demographic characteristics (sex, age, residence, religion, education and marital status), clinical characteristics (ART eligibility criteria, drug type during initiation, functional status, adherence, regimen change at follow up, CD4 Count, viral load, weight, height, WHO Clinical staging, OIs during follow up, TB confection during ART, duration between start and eligible date, CPT, TPT), and health systems factors (training of HCWs and ART drug stock out) related characteristics. The dataset is available in Stata format.
