Description
This public health emergency management linelist data was collected from september 2023 to April 6, 2025 in the Amhara region. The data was collected following the primary health care structure. The dataset was comprised of Budget year, reporting condition,region,zone,woreda ,kebele,age,symptoms,date onset of disease,date seen at health facilities,measles vaccination doses,specimen taken,out come,complication and treatment taken. The dataset contains 6161 observations and is available in the excel format.
