| dc.description | This line list-based data was collected from all zones and city administrations of the Amahra region. The dataset included 3580 cases which were collected based on surveillance reports that happened in 2010, 2011, 2014, and 2015 E.C. following the PHEM structure. The data contains the patients’ sociodemographic (age, sex, residence), the health facilities where they received treatment, the kind of services gained (inpatient, outpatient), clinical signs and symptoms, the specimen taken, the vaccination status, treatment given, patient prognosis, and outcome-related characteristics were included in the dataset. | |
