dc.descriptionAn institutional based un matched case control study was conducted among 609 (203 cases and 406 controls) of child mother (care giver) pairs from 16 February to 16 April 2025 in Mandura district. Data were collected using pretested questionnaire via kobo toolbox with systematic random sampling technique and transported to SPSS version 27 for analysis. The questionnaire was comprised of socio-demographic Characteristics, child sociodemographic characteristics, socio-cultural and behavioral factors, family wealth index, health care service utilization status; child dietary intake, environmental factors, food insecurity, and conflict related characteristics. The dataset is available in SPSS format.
