dc.descriptionThis public health emergency management linelist data was collected from july 8 , 2024 to july 19,2025 G.C in the amhara region. The data was collected following the primary health care structure. The dataset was comprised of budget year,reporting condition,region,zone,woreda ,kebele,cause of poisoning (name of agent) ,age,sex,date of exposure,incident type (intentional-accidental),patient outcome (dead or alive) and name of reporting health facility.the dataset contains 825 observations and is available in the excel format.
