dc.descriptionThis survey was done in Bahir Dar city among HIV positive clients visiting Felege Hiwot Referral Hospital from July1/2011 to June 30/2016. Data were collected using checklist and document review to extract 602 study participants charts. The collected data entered in to Epi Info version 7 and analyzed using SPSS version 21. Both bivariate and multivariable Cox proportional hazard models were. The p-value and hazard ratio with its confidence interval was used to show presence and strength of association.
