Description This facility-based cross-sectional survey was carried out among HIV/AIDS patients attending specialized referral hospitals of the Amhara region from April 15 to May 15/2021. A systematic random sampling technique was employed among 421 study participants using an interviewer-administered questionnaire. The questionnaire comprises socio-demographics, knowledge of COVID-19-related characteristics, awareness, existing information, and perception of COVID-19 vaccine-related characteristics. Data was entered into Epi-data and analyzed using SPSS software. Descriptive statistics were computed. A simple logistic regression model was used at 95%CI.
