Determinants of scabies among households in Fagita Lekkoma district, northwest Ethiopia: mixed method

dc.descriptionA community-based unmatched case-control study with mixed method approach was carried out from April 1/ 2025 to April 30/ 2025 to investigate the determinants of scabies. Simple random and systematic sampling technique was used to select households for cases and controls. A total of 492 participants (99 scabies cases and 393 controls completed their interviews using structured questionnaires by trained data collectors and 25 cases was interviewed using in-depth interview guide. The questionnaire was comprised of socio-demographic and economic factors: environmental factors: behavioural factors: knowledge related factors: and treatment related characteristics. The dataset is available in SPSS format.
