dc.descriptionThis daily based line list was collected from all zones of the Amhara region. The dataset included total 27,381; 15,978 male and 11,403 female cases which were collected based on daily line list reports that happened from July 2023 to December 2023, following the PHEM structure were inculcated. Region, Zone, Woreda, reporting Health Facility, Outpatient, Inpatient, sex, age in years, Date seen at health facility (Use E.C): Outcome (A) Live (D) Dead, Type of treatment and Complication were included in the dataset.
