Description
This line list-based data was collected from Bahir Dar city, Debre Markos town, Dessie town, South Wollo, North Wollo, North Showa, Oromo special, and East Gojjam zones. The dataset included 561 cases which were collected based on surveillance reports that happened in 2014, 2015, and 2016 E.C. following the PHEM structure. The data contains the patients’ sociodemographic (age, sex, residence), the health facilities where they received treatment, the kind of services gained (inpatient, outpatient), clinical signs and symptoms, the specimen taken, the vaccination status, treatment given, patient prognosis, and outcome-related characteristics were included in the dataset.
