Description
This laboratory assessment of antibiotic resistance testing capacity data was collected april ,2025 in the amhara region. the data was collected following the primary health care structure. the dataset was comprised of laboratory demographics, which manual AST methods are in use?, laboratory staff education/training, QMS mentoring programs, facility, temperature and atmosphere monitoring, autoclave management, instrument availability and maintenance, inventory & stock outs, data management,media preparation and quality control, quality control -ID methods, specimen collection, transport & management, processing, identification methods & standard operating procedures, antimicrobial susceptibility testing (AST) basics, ast panels and policy & analysis,the dataset contains 34 observations and is available in the CSV format.
