Description An institution-based sequential mixed cross-sectional study was conducted from 27 from October 2024 to January 2025 among 1,151 adult hypertensive cases which was recorded from (2021-2023) in Addisalem Primary Hospital and Shumabo Health Center. A purposive sampling was used for 8 in-depth and 6 key informant interviews. The data collection tool was comprised of age, sex, season, population density, diet, stress, physical activity, alcohol consumption, geographic location, hotspot areas, comorbidities, healthcare access, family history, health education campaign, screening programs, year, sleep quality. The dataset is available in Excel format.
