Description This prospective cross-sectional survey was conducted in Dembia and North Achefer districts from April 01 2024 to June 30,2024. A sample size of 460 febrile patients were included of which 234 patients had confirmed plasmodium species and these patients were provided antimalarial agents and followed for a month. Data entry was done Epi-info and analysis was done using SPSS version 23. A binary logistic regression model was fitted to identify factors associated with unsuccessful treatment outcomes at a 95%CI and a p-value ˂ 0.05.
