dc.descriptionThis weekly based surveillance data was collected from all zones of the Amhara region. The dataset included total 25,016, 126 OPD and 333,259 IPD cases which were collected based on surveillance reports that happened from July 2014 to June 2015 E.C, following the PHEM structure were inculcated. The data contains zone, woreda, population size, Epi week, total OPD, total IPD, total death, BF done (positive PF, PV), RDT done (positive PF, PV), the patients’ sociodemographic (age category, sex, residence) pregnant status and malaria infection-related characteristics were included in the dataset.
