Description
Amhara Region Disease Registration of Morbidity and Mortality January 2021- December 2025 is a six-monthly health dataset documenting reported disease morbidity and mortality in the Amhara Region of Ethiopia. The data are organized by ICD-11 disease code and disease name, reporting totals for eight consecutive six-month periods from January 2021- December 2025. Records are further disaggregated by sex and age group: males and females in six age categories (<1 year, 1–4 years, 5–14 years, 15–29 years, 30–64 years, and ≥65 years). The dataset includes overall Total counts and separate files for morbidity, mortality, and the Top 20 recorded diseases.
