dc.descriptionInstitutional-based cross sectional study was conducted from March 19 to June 07, 2026, among 1,869 enrolled mother-newborn pairs across all public and private comprehensive delivery facilities in Bahir Dar City. The questionnaire was comprised of socio demographic (age, residence, educational status), antenatal/antepartum (Parity, number of ANC utilization), maternal medical comorbidities/Complications (maternal or gestational, anemia, hypertensive disorders of pregnancy), healthcare related (partograph utilization), intrapartum and delivery (PROM, APH, cord complications, fetal presentation, meconium/ blood-stained amniotic fluid, fetal distress, prolonged labor, mode of delivery), and Neonatal (gestational age, birth weight, newborn sex) related characteristics. The dataset is available in SPSS format.
