It also captures disease-related information such as case status, symptoms, complications, contact history, and previous infection, as well as vaccination status, number of doses, and reasons for non-vaccination. Additionally, it assesses knowledge of pertussis transmission, prevention, and its status as a vaccine-preventable disease, along with family infection exposure and categorized variables for age and family size. | |
