The dataset has socio-demographic-and cancer risk factors awareness-related characteristics. A systematic random sampling technique was carried out to select 845 study participants from May 1 to June 30, 2019. A validated structured cancer awareness measuring tool was used to collect the data. The data were entered into the Epi-data version 3.1 and analyzed using SPSS version 21 software. A simple logistic regression was run at a 95% confidence interval.

ItemEvidence-based practice utilization and associated factors among nurses working in Amhara Region Referral Hospitals, Ethiopia( 2019)An institution-based cross-sectional survey was conducted from March 18 to April 16, 2019, in Amhara Region Referral Hospitals. The questionnaire comprised of socio-demographic, individual-related, organization-related, and evidence-based practice-related questions. A simple random sampling technique was used to select 684 respondents. Data were collected using a pretested and self-administered questionnaire. Data were entered into Epi Info version 7.1.2.0 and exported to SPSS version 22.0 for analysis. Binary logistic regression was used at 95% CI.

Data collection was done by using an interviewer-administered, structured questionnaire. Epi-info 7.2 was used to enter data and then exported to SPSS version 25 software for analysis. Bivariable and multivariable binary logistic regression models were used to identify factors associated with the outcome variable. Binary logistic regression analysis was run at a 95% CI.
