Description
This routine PHEM weekly report format was used to collect the data from all zones of the region. The dataset included total 2802 Covid 19 cases, and 69 Covid 19 Deaths. Which were collected by routine PHEM weekly report form from July 2019 to June 2024, following the PHEM structure were inculcated. The dataset comprised of variables consisting region, zone, woreda/hospital, population, budget, year, quarter, month, epi-week, total, outpatient, total _in patient, total death, Covid 19 case, and Covid-19 death characteristics. The dataset is available in excel format.
