This Rapid Nutrition Assessment data was collected april ,2025 in the amhara region. the data was collected following the primary health care structure. the dataset was comprised of zone,district,kebele,Gott,child sex,child age,<5 child breast feeding status,complentary feeding status ,is achild diseased ,is achild treated, IYCF support, MUAC of 6-23 month ,2-5 year childrens, pregnant and lactating women nutrition related information in the excel format.
