Abstract
Description
This public health emergency management perinatal death surveillance report data was collected from 2018 to 2024 in the Amhara region. The data was collected following the primary health care structure. The dataset was comprised of 12,300+ records. It includes woreda/hospital data, population and budget year, health facility details, maternal information, pregnancy and delivery outcomes, neonatal/perinatal death data, and contributing factors such as maternal, provider, and system delays.
